PodOps has automatic assignment built in. PodOps assigns orders to your team members based on their availability, current workload, and some other factors. You can also manually assign and re-assign orders if you like.
Pod Ops was built because our previous order management system could not handle scale during busy periods. Pod Ops can handle over 100,000 new orders per hour, so don't worry.
Right now we're charging a flat fee of $30 per month. This will increase as we add new features and begin our marketing. We intend on hand-selecting our first users and hope to receive valuable feedback that we can add to our roadmap. We want our first users to feel like they're building PodOps with us. We will also charge a % of sales generated from the PodOps sales channel if you enable it on your account (we'd recommend it!).

Right now we don't integrate directly with any third party printers like Printful, Printify, Gooten, Gelato etc. The solution currently should be for a fulfiller user to download the artfile, and then manually send it to your printer of choice. We are working on integrating directly with some of the biggest print on demand providers in our next major update.
